The Challenge

Nostrum Care needed a custom CRM to manage the reimbursement of its members, track disputes and report on activity, all inside a single tool adapted to its own business processes, rather than a generic off-the-shelf platform.

Our Solution

We built a claims-reimbursement, dispute and reporting CRM with a WeWeb frontend, a Supabase database, and n8n automations orchestrating the workflows in between. The tool is in production at the client today, handling sensitive personal and financial data under GDPR.
