Adalo is genuinely good for quick internal tools and early-stage prototypes where you just need something to show. If you're validating a concept, it's fast.
FlutterFlow is in a completely different category. It generates real Flutter code, publishes truly native apps, and scales to production. The learning curve is slightly higher but the output is incomparably better.
If you plan to have real users, submit to the App Store properly, or scale past a few hundred users — FlutterFlow is the only choice. We've never recommended Adalo for a client's production app.
